• First-day consultation: 11 am
• Check in at 2 pm (Early check-in will be provided at extra charges)
• Double occupancy: Guests arriving on the same flight and timing (If guests booked for same room but arriving in different flights, additional transfer will be charged extra)

Booking Policy

To confirm your wellness program booking, we require:

• 50% advance payment before the cut-off date
• 100% payment 14 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation before 30 days of Arrival.
• Cancellation within 30 - 15 days of Arrival will incur 50% retention,
• In case of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation within 14 days of arrival will incur 100% retention,

• Check-out time: 11 am on the last day (no treatments will be provided on the last day)
• Personal toiletries: feel free to bring your own if you prefer
• Medical reports: please carry them with you for Doctor’s reference
• Essentials: don't forget to pack sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen for your comfort
• Travel documents: ensure your visa and passport are valid for travel
• As per the latest Government of India directives, all guests are requested to carry a valid photo identity (Passport, Voter ID, Aadhar card).
• It is compulsory for foreign nationals and NRIs to carry their passport with valid visa or PIO (Person of Indian Origin) cards to be produced at the time of check-in
